1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

I. If a written cancellation notice is received 28 days or more prior to the tour departure date, 20% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee, and 80% will be refunded.

II. For cancellations made between 27 and 21 days prior to departure, 30% of the total tour price shall be charged as a cancellation fee, and 70% shall be refunded.

III. For cancellations made between 20 and 8 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour price shall be charged as a cancellation fee, and 50% shall be refunded.

IV. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to departure or on the day of departure, no refund shall be made, and 100% of the total tour price shall be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

2. Calculation Basis

The cancellation and refund policy shall be calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Korean national holidays.

 

3. Bank Transfer Fees

In the event that the deposit, balance payment, or refund is transferred to an overseas bank account, all bank transfer fees shall be borne by the remitting party.
