    Explore Baekje Historic Area listed as a World Heritage in 2015. This property comprises eight archaeological sites dating from 475 to 660 CE, including the Gongsanseong fortress and royal tombs at Songsan-ri related to the capital, the Busosanseong Fortress and Gwanbuk-ri administrative buildings, the Jeongnimsa Temple, the royal tombs in Neungsan-ri and the Naseong city wall related to the capital, Sabi (now Buyeo). Together, these sites represent the later period of the Baekje Kingdom during which time they were at the crossroads of considerable technological, religious (Buddhist), cultural, and artistic exchanges between the ancient kingdom, China, and Japan.

The Janggyeong Panjeon-Tripitaka Koreana Wood Block- is preserved in the depository in the temple and is a collection of Buddist scripture made in the Koryo Dynasty. The dipository was built scientifically with charcoals, salt and lime power in 15th century and so the Tripitaka Korean has been well kept there for 750 years.

    Explore Hahoe Folk Village listed as a World Heritage in 2010. This quaint village is known around the world for its cultural heritage and importance. Here you'll find Hanoks (traditional Korean houses), and Hahoetal, traditional masks that were used during the harvest ceremony dating back to the 12th century.

    Move to Dosan Seowon built in 1574 and designated as a World Heritage in 2019, representing a type of Neo-Confucian academy of the Joseon dynasty (15th -19th centuries CE). Learning, veneration of scholars and interaction with the environment were the essential functions of the Seowon. Situated near mountains and water sources, they favoured the appreciation of nature and cultivation of mind and body. The Seowon illustrate a historical process in which Neo-Confucianism from China was adapted to Korean environment.
